Two prominent buildings in downtown Fort Mill, including the Town Hall, will be available for purchase next year, according to municipal leaders. This move is part of the town’s transition to a new complex currently under renovation.
The Fort Mill Town Hall, located at 200 Tom Hall St., comprises approximately 14,000 square feet of space spread across two buildings on the site.
The Fort Mill Police Department, located at 112 Confederate St., offers around 20,000 square feet of space.
The Town of Fort Mill recently purchased two buildings located at 123 and 205 N. White St., formerly occupied by Springs Industries. These buildings will be repurposed to house the town’s municipal staff, police department, and municipal court. The relocation is anticipated to begin in late 2024 or early 2025. These buildings are adjacent to the Town’s amphitheater and Walter Y. Elisha Park.
