Four Men from Rock Hill and Tega Cay Face Felony Charges of Child Exploitation

Four local men face felony charges following unrelated investigations into the sexual exploitation of minors, South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced.

The arrests were made by Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators with the York County Sheriff’s Office. The state Attorney General’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations, both members of the ICAC Task Force, assisted with the operations.

According to authorities, the investigations began after officials received CyberTipline reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Investigators stated that all four suspects were found to be in possession of files containing child sexual abuse material.

Three of the suspects were apprehended on June 18, 2026:

  • Andrew Tyler Pfeiffer, 37, of Rock Hill

  • Oliver Samuel Johnston, 18, of Tega Cay

  • Keith Edmond Franklin, 24, of Rock Hill

The fourth suspect, Eric Christopher Stephens Jentz, 51, of Tega Cay, was arrested the following day on June 19, 2026.

Each individual has been charged with one count of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Under South Carolina law, this offense is a felony that carries a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in prison upon conviction.

The Attorney General’s Office will handle the prosecution for all four cases.
