Nation Ford Wins BandBEAT Marching Band Championship at Catawba Ridge

The Nation Ford High School Marching Band captured top honors at the 2025 BandBEAT Marching Band Championship on Saturday, Oct. 11, at Catawba Ridge High School, sweeping the Class V division and the overall championship.

Nation Ford also earned caption awards for Best Visual Performance and Best Overall Effect, underscoring a complete performance package that set the ensemble apart from a strong regional field.

Nation Ford HS — 88.5 (Class V Champion; Overall Champion)
Mooresville HS — 84.9
Fort Dorchester HS — 84.15

Saturday’s victory adds another marquee title to Nation Ford’s competitive season and highlights the band’s precision, musicality, and on-field design.
