On September 11, 2024, Papa Doc’s located at 3990 Charlotte Highway, Lake Wylie, SC was inspected by the SC Department of Agriculture. Papa Doc’s received a grade of “B” with an overall score of 80%, with a risk level of 3 – Cook, Cool, Reheat. Nine violations were identified, including toxic substances properly identified, stored, and used; Hands clean and properly washed; Food separated and protected; and Proper hot holding temperature.
