Tega Cay, SC (Tega Cay Sun) – Fresh off their silver and bronze medals at the U.S. Open Beer Championships, Model A Brewing in Tega Cay has released a new beer, “Absofugginlutely.”
Introducing the Black IPA, temporarily served on Nitro for a limited time. If you haven’t tried this style before, think of it as a twist on the classic American IPA with a darker hue. However, don’t be deceived by its appearance, as Absofugginlutely doesn’t carry the roasted or burnt notes often associated with darker beers. Instead, it offers a smooth and delightful experience with a chocolatey aroma and a pronounced hoppy finish. And if that’s not convincing enough, Modeal A’s esteemed head brewer says this may be one of the best beers he’s made recently. High praise given the award winning beers he has made in the past.
