South Carolina Strawberry Festival Seeks Fun Zone Tent Activities Coordinator for 2025 Event

FORT MILL, S.C. — The South Carolina Strawberry Festival Committee is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and organized individual to take on the role of Fun Zone Tent Activities Coordinator for the upcoming 2025 Festival. This exciting volunteer position is perfect for someone who loves engaging with the community, has a knack for managing teams, and excels at multitasking and event planning.

The Fun Zone Tent is a central hub of entertainment during the festival, featuring lively activities such as the Strawberry Hot Sauce Wing Eating Contest and the Strawberry Donut and Ice Cream Eating Contest. In addition to these crowd-pleasers, the Fun Zone will also host various entertainers, music, games, and other fun-filled activities. The selected coordinator will be responsible for overseeing these events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that festival-goers have a memorable experience.

The ideal candidate will be required to attend four evening meetings from September through March in preparation for the festival. They must also be available to lead the Fun Zone Tent Activities during the festival in May.

While this is a volunteer position, the coordinator will enjoy various perks as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication. If you have the energy, organizational skills, and passion for making events unforgettable, the committee encourages you to apply.

Interested individuals should email Jacona Hester, Events Coordinator, at [email protected] to complete a Volunteer Application. For more information about the festival, visit www.SCStrawberryFestival.com.
