The Rock Hill-Fort Mill Area Transportation Study (RFATS) is inviting the public to participate in a key meeting on July 18, aimed at gathering input for the update of its Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). The session will take place at the Unity Presbyterian Church – Historic Sanctuary Room, located at 303 Tom Hall Street.
