Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

2 – 15oz Chunk Pineapple (drained)

1 cup sugar

6 tablespoons flour

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

30 Ritz crackers (crumbled)

1 stick melted butter

Directions

Mix pineapple, sugar and flour

Stir in cheddar cheese

Place in 9×13 inch baking dish

Top with crumbled Ritz crackers

Drizzle wtih 1 stick melted butter

Bake 325 for 30 mins
