PostalAnnex on Gold Hill Road ships, prints and notarizes under one roof

A PostalAnnex store at 1726 Gold Hill Road in Fort Mill handles shipping, printing, notary work and passport photos from a single counter, giving residents in the 29708 area an alternative to driving to a carrier hub or a post office branch.

The store, listed as PostalAnnex #23019, is an authorized shipping location for FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service. That means a customer with three packages going out through three different carriers can drop all of them in one trip rather than making three stops along the Gold Hill Road corridor.

Beyond shipping and packing, the store offers printing, private mailbox rental, office services, passport photos and notary service. Passport photos and notary work in particular tend to send people searching, since banks limit notary service to account holders and pharmacy photo counters do not always meet State Department specifications.

The location is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is closed Sunday.

The store is running a coupon for $5 off any purchase of $20 or more, valid in store with code 5OFF20P through Dec. 31, 2026. The offer excludes notary service, postage, mailbox renewal, virtual mailboxes, Live Scan and fingerprinting, and commission-based services. It cannot be combined with other offers and is limited to one use per customer.

The store can be reached at (803) 548-0834. Hours, services and current pricing are posted at postalannex.com/23019.
