FORT MILL, SC — The Fort Mill School District is pleased to announce the selection of Mr. Brad Johnson as the next principal of Fort Mill Elementary School.
Mr. Johnson has 17 years of experience in education with the last five years at the principal position. He currently serves as the principal of Indian Land Elementary School in the Lancaster School District. He previously served as principal of Indian Land Intermediate School. Mr. Johnson has also served as an assistant principal and 8th Grade Algebra teacher, all in the Lancaster School District.
Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Master of School Administration from Arkansas State University.
Mr. Johnson is replacing current Fort Mill Elementary School Principal Jad Griffin, who is transitioning to the Director of Student Services role at the district office. Mr. Johnson will begin his new role in the Fort Mill School District in July pending board approval at the next school board meeting.
