Tega Cay Music Association Hosts Decades Night Open Music Event May 3

The Tega Cay Music Association is inviting the community to a free evening of live music at Model A Brewing Company on Saturday, May 3, from 4 to 6 p.m.

The event, called Decades Night, is an open music night where performers and music lovers alike are welcome to come out and celebrate songs from across the generations. A “People’s Choice” award will be part of the fun, giving attendees a say in recognizing standout performances of the evening.

Anyone interested in performing can sign up by scanning a QR code on the flyer and selecting a favorite song from their favorite decade. Audience members are encouraged to bring friends, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy the tunes in a relaxed, community setting. Admission is free, though donations to support the organization are greatly appreciated.

The Tega Cay Music Association is a local nonprofit focused on providing musical opportunities and scholarships for area youth. Decades Night serves as both a community celebration and a fundraising opportunity for that mission.
