CHARLOTTE, N.C. – An 18-year-old South Carolina man remains in custody without bond after being arrested Wednesday on a slew of felony charges related to sexual offenses against a 13-year-old.
Javonte Vickers, of Fort Mill, S.C., was arrested on Dec. 17 shortly after the assault was reported. Court records indicate the charges have been filed under case number 25CR488758.
According to the Mecklenburg County arrest data (Arrest ID 1943922), Vickers faces seven distinct felony counts. The charges range in severity, including a Class C felony for statutory sex offense.
Vickers has been formally charged with:

Four Counts: Indecent Liberties with a Child.

One Count: First-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

One Count: Statutory Sex Offense with a Child (Age 15 or younger) – Class C Felony.

One Count: Third-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor – Class H Felony.
A judge ordered Vickers be held with no bond; records indicate the bond order was consolidated across the charges. He is currently scheduled to make his next court appearance on Dec. 31.
The investigation is active, and authorities have not released further details regarding the specific circumstances of the allegations.
