A new sweet spot is coming to Fort Mill, as Beignets & Brew has announced plans to open its latest location in the area. The restaurant, known for its New Orleans-style beignets and specialty coffee, will be part of the new South Mill at Elizabeth development along Fort Mill Parkway.
The new location will occupy a 2,058-square-foot space at 360 Fort Mill Parkway, bringing its unique menu to the community. Beignets & Brew offers fresh, made-to-order beignets, both traditional and with a variety of toppings and dipping sauces. The menu also features a wide selection of locally roasted coffee and espresso drinks, creating a destination for both sweet treats and caffeine.
This will be the first South Carolina location for the Florida-based chain. The company, which is expanding its presence across the Southeast, is known for its “craft” approach to its New Orleans-inspired concept and currently operates 14 locations, primarily in Florida and Alabama.
The new Beignets & Brew is set to be a key tenant in the South Mill at Elizabeth retail development, which is being built next to a new 1,300-plus home community.
While a firm opening date has not yet been announced, the company is targeting an early 2026 opening.
