Fort Mill Schools Celebrate 2024-25 Athletic Award Winners

Each season the student athletes who compete in the South Carolina High School League may qualify for awards at the end of each season. Here are 2024-2025 award winners from Fort Mill Schools.

  • Baseball
    • Jackson Mullen: named the AAAA Player of the Year by the South Carolina Baseball Coaches Association (SCBCA)
  • Boys Golf
    • OT Mitchell: Won the individual region championship with a 3-under par 69.
    • Hunter Warren: Finished in 2nd place at the region championship with a 73.
  • Track & Field
    • Joshua Dobson: State Champion in both the 100m dash and 400m dash.
    • Zachary Webster: State Champion in both Shot Put and Discus, and runner-up in Javelin.
    • Aidan L’Esperance: Runner-up in Pole Vault.
    • Boys 4×100 Meter Relay Team: Won the Region 3-AAAAA championship.
    • Boys 4×400 Meter Relay Team: Won the Region 3-AAAAA championship.

      • Xavier Dixon: State Champion in the 100m dash and 200m dash.
      • Alex McCaskill: Top finishes in distance events (e.g., 800m, 1600m). He was ranked 1st in the 800 meters for 2024 (1:56.67) and 4th in the 1600 meters (4:27.68).
