TEGA CAY, S.C. — The Tega Cay Democrats will host a meet-and-greet with prospective congressional candidate Alex Harper on Tuesday, May 13, at 6:30 p.m. The event will be held at the Glennon Center and is open to the public.
As part of the evening’s program, Harper will participate in a Q&A session, offering residents an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about his platform. Community members are encouraged to submit their questions in advance by emailing [email protected] by May 12.
Light refreshments will be provided during the event.
The Glennon Center is located at 15083 Molokai Drive, Tega Cay.

Thomas Hyslip lives in Tega Cay with his wife and daughter. After 27 years in the U.S. Army and Federal Law Enforcement, he retired to pursue his passion for teaching. Tom is now an Assistant Professor of Instruction at the University of South Florida. In 2 short years he has won 10 awards from the South Carolina Press Association, including first place in column writing, education beat reporting and best podcast.
