Fort Mill, SC – Fort Mill High School senior Logan Parker has been named Athlete of the Week for his outstanding performance on the basketball court. Parker played a crucial role in the team’s recent run to the state finals, leading with 24 points, six rebounds, two assists, and taking two key charges.
Parker’s efforts earned him All-Region and All-State honors, further highlighting his impact on the team.
Fort Mill High School recognized Parker’s achievements with the Athlete of the Week award, celebrating his contributions to the team.

Thomas Hyslip lives in Tega Cay with his wife and daughter. After 27 years in the U.S. Army and Federal Law Enforcement, he retired to pursue his passion for teaching. Tom is now an Associate Professor of Instruction at the University of South Florida. In 2 short years he has won 10 awards from the South Carolina Press Association, including first place in column writing, education beat reporting and best podcast.
