- The HSYC pulled this cutie patootie from Animal Control just a few weeks ago.
- Sugar Lump is a small breed dog. He is estimated to be 2 years old so he will not get any bigger.
- He’s not a fan of containment so you may hear his complaints when you visit the Rescue.
- This handsome boy does well with other munchin size dogs. He is a lover.
- Not sure what his mix is but maybe Chihuahua!

Thomas Hyslip lives in Tega Cay with his wife and daughter. After 27 years in the U.S. Army and Federal Law Enforcement, he retired to pursue his passion for teaching. Tom is now an Assistant Professor of Instruction at the University of South Florida.
