Early voting has commenced for the South Carolina Democratic Primary, which is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 3. The early voting period for the Democratic Presidential Primary began on Monday, Jan. 22, and will conclude on Friday, Feb. 2.
During the early voting periods, early voting centers are open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. There are four early voting centers in York County,

Additionally, qualified voters have the option to vote absentee by mail. Absentee By-Mail Ballot Applications may be requested by USPS mail, phone, or in person a the the York County Elections Office.
