Fort Mill, SC (Tega Cay Sun) – In honor of its 150th Anniversary, the Town of Fort Mill is thrilled to announce the Fort Mill 150 Photo Challenge Contest.
The contest aims to encapsulate the unique spirit of the community. The Town invites residents and visitors alike to submit their most compelling photographs in four designated categories: Events in Fort Mill, Townscapes & Landscapes, Fort Mill Landmarks, and People of Fort Mill.
All submitted photographs must be taken within the timeframe of December 1, 2022, to October 31, 2023, and exclusively within the boundaries of the Town of Fort Mill, South Carolina.
The deadline to enter is October 31, 2023. Participants are only allowed to enter up to two photographs.

Thomas Hyslip lives in Tega Cay with his wife and daughter. After 27 years in the U.S. Army and Federal Law Enforcement, he retired to pursue his passion for teaching. Tom is now an Assistant Professor of Instruction at the University of South Florida. In 2 short years he has won 10 awards from the South Carolina Press Association, including first place in column writing, education beat reporting and best podcast.
