Tega Cay, SC (Tega Cay Sun) – The Tega Cay City Council will hold a normal meeting on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 7:00PM in the council changers, lower level of the Glennon Center.
The meeting includes a public hearing to discuss the rezoning and annexation of 26 acres to build 66 homes, including four waterfront homes and a community center with pool. The pubic hearing will also cover the city budget for FY 2023-2024.
New business on the agenda is the introduction and first reading of the FY 2023-2024 budget ordinance and the consideration ff exchanging a portion of Marina Dr. for a new sidewalk along Tega
Cay Dr. at the Tega Cay Marina.
