Fort Mill, SC (Tega Cay Sun) – The new interchange at SC 160 and Interstate 77 will begin this year. The plan will add two new bridges over I-77 and keep traffic flowing by eliminating left turns to enter the Interstate from SC160. The State will also widen SC 160 from Sutton Road to US 21. The SC DOT project manager, Berry Mattox told the Sun the State will receive bids in October and work should begin by the end of the year.
