Advertising Sales Representative (Commission Only)
Liberty Media Group is seeking a motivated, self-driven Advertising Sales Representative to help grow our expanding network of community newspapers serving York and Lancaster counties.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. The position can be full-time or part-time, offering a flexible schedule that works around your lifestyle. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is semi-retired, enjoys meeting people, and wants to earn additional income while supporting local businesses and community journalism.

Responsibilities
Develop relationships with local businesses throughout York and Lancaster counties.
Sell print and digital advertising packages.
Generate new business while maintaining existing client relationships.
Present advertising opportunities using Liberty Media Group’s fixed pricing model.
Help businesses grow through effective local marketing solutions.
Compensation
100% commission-based.
Unlimited earning potential—the more you sell, the more you earn.
Earn recurring commission income throughout the life of each advertising agreement.
For example, a three-year advertising contract generates commission payments for the duration of that three-year agreement, creating the opportunity for long-term residual income.
Qualifications
Sales experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Reliable transportation for meeting with local businesses.
