Oath of Office to Newly Re-Elected Board Members

Re-elected board members, Mr. Anthony Boddie, Dr. Scott Frattaroli and Mrs. Kristy Spears took the oath of office for their four-year term.

Election of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the Board

Kristy Spears was elected Chairperson of the Board. Lipi Pratt was elected Vice-Chairperson of the Board.

School Spotlight – Banks Trail Middle School

Principal Marc Pyrc and his staff from Banks Trail Middle School shared information about their Club Unified program. The program is designed to bring together students with and without disabilities, allowing them to participate in sports, social activities, and community service together, promoting inclusion and positive relationships within the school community. The program also helps develop leadership skills, promoting physical activity, and learning about diversity and respect for all abilities while helping students build meaningful relationships.

Administrative Recommendation for New Courses

Dr. Gales Scroggs presented new, reauthorized and local board approved courses for the 2025-2026 school year for approval. The school board voted to approve the following courses:
