Carowinds is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team. The park is hosting a Lifeguard Hiring Event on Saturday, April 26th, and Sunday, April 27th, 2025, at the Carowinds Employment Office from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Attendees have the opportunity to apply and potentially be hired on the same day. For those already hired, the event also offers a chance to complete the onboarding process.
Carowinds is currently hiring for the following positions:
- Lifeguard ($15.50 per hour)
- Returning Lifeguard ($16.00 per hour)
