Pumpkin Palooza
October 28 - October 31
Join us as we scare up some fun in Tega Cay! Individuals, families, clubs, church groups and organizations are invited to have some fun, get into the fall spirit and create a Jack-o-Lantern. Jack-O-Lanterns will be on display at the Tega Cay sign by the Memorial Gardens from October 28 to Halloween night!
Registration deadline is Friday, October 18th! Just bring your best pumpkin to show off for a spectacularly spooky time!
Carved pumpkins must be dropped off on Mon. October 28 from Noon to 5:30 pm.

Rules:
This is a family-friendly event. Pumpkins can be humorous, lovable, whimsical, but not distasteful, political, or inappropriate. The City of Tega Cay has the right to reject any and all pumpkins that are deemed offensive or inappropriate.
- Pumpkins must be freshly carved and fresh enough to withstand the elements from October 28th to October 31st.
- Jack-O-Lanterns will be lit with lights set up by the Parks and Rec Department.
- Jack-O-Lanterns must be brought to staging from Noon to 5:30 pm and placed by the Parks and Rec Team on October 28th.
- Jack-O-Lanterns must be in one piece and not exceed 10 pounds.
- Entries will be destroyed on November 1st beginning at noon. If you would like your entry please pick up by 10 am on November 1.
- Winners will be announced at the following City Council Meeting.
