TEGA CAY, SC – Tega Cay residents can begin signing up for Fall 2025 youth sports programs today, with registration opening exclusively for residents. Non-residents will have their opportunity to register starting July 1st.
Parents can register their children for most fall youth sports either online or in person. However, youth soccer registration is available online only. For any questions regarding the registration process, the Parks & Recreation office can be reached at 803-548-3787.
The Fall 2025 youth sports offerings include:
- Baseball: Ages 3-12 (age as of August 31, 2025)
- Soccer: Ages 3-14 (age as of December 31, 2025)
- Flag Football: Ages 5-13 (age as of August 31, 2025)
- Softball: Ages 6-12 (age as of December 31, 2024)

A notable detail for Fall 2025 soccer is that the recreational program is managed by Charlotte Independence Soccer Club (CISC) and their staff. Soccer registration must be completed through PlayMetrics. Participants will also need to purchase separate blue and white jerseys through CISC, though existing jerseys that still fit from previous seasons do not need to be repurchased.
