The 2025 Tega Cay Men’s Golf Association (TCMGA) Tega Cay Cup wrapped up in thrilling fashion this weekend, as Team Kenny Hall earned a well-deserved 22–14 victory over Team Paul Liles. The annual season-ending showdown pits the top 24 point earners from the MGA into two 12-man squads, competing over two days in a format inspired by the Ryder Cup.
The event features two-man match play on Saturday and singles match play on Sunday, with each match worth two points. Ties result in each team earning one point.
Day One: Team Hall Takes Early Lead
Team Kenny Hall came out strong on Saturday, building an early lead with confident and cohesive team play. They won three of the six two-man matches and tied two, ending the day with an 8–4 advantage.
