FORT MILL, S.C. – A longtime Charlotte favorite, Phat Burrito, is expanding into Fort Mill, with plans to open in May 2024 at 100 Main St. The new location will take over the former Center Theatre Pi space, which unexpectedly closed in January.
Phat Burrito, known for its bold flavors and laid-back atmosphere, has built a strong reputation since its original launch in Charlotte’s South End. Owner Michael Cox says he moved quickly to secure the Fort Mill location after hearing about the available space from a customer. Within days, a deal was finalized, and plans were set in motion to bring the beloved South End eatery to the growing Fort Mill community.
With its vibrant flavors, creative cocktails, and relaxed dining experience, Phat Burrito is set to become a popular destination in Fort Mill when it opens this May.
