Following definitive wins over Nation Ford and Catawba Ridge, the Fort Mill varsity mens basketball team improves to 7-0 in Region 3-5A. Overall, the team is 18-2. After the matchup was rescheduled due to last week’s inclement weather, Fort Mill defeated Nation Ford on the road, 51-36. Friday night the Yellow Jackets defeated Catawba Ridge 51-34. Clover visits Fort Mill Tuesday night for more regional action.
The Lady Jackets had equal success over region rivals Nation Ford and Catawba Ridge. They defeated Nation Ford 45-44 Thursday night and then Catawba Ridge 60-27 the following night. The team is 6-1 in Region 3-5A and 12-7 overall. They host Clover Tuesday night.
