Paco’s Tacos & Tequila Expanding to Fort Mill

Fort Mill, SC – Paco’s Tacos & Tequila, a popular Tex-Mex eatery from FS Food Group, is set to open its second location in Fort Mill’s Kingsley development in early March 2025. The new restaurant, announced on Facebook, will take over the former Taco Molino space at 1328 Broadcloth St., Suite 102, featuring a 4,000-square-foot dining area and a 950-square-foot enclosed patio.

According to the *Charlotte Business Journal*, the $1.2 million project will bring Paco’s signature wood-fired grilled fajitas, taco plates, and enchiladas to Fort Mill, all crafted under the expertise of Chef Bob Kalish. A standout feature will be the extensive bar with over 230 tequila varieties, complemented by beers and wines from Texas, Mexico, and North Carolina.

This expansion marks another milestone for FS Food Group, which operates popular establishments like Mama Ricotta’s, Yafo Kitchen, and Midwood Smokehouse. The Fort Mill site, designed by Peadon Finein Architecture, will be managed by Samantha Fugate.

With its announcement, Paco’s Tacos & Tequila expressed excitement about bringing their bold flavors, house-made tortillas, and vibrant dining experience to the Fort Mill community next spring.
