Alcon Laboratories has issued a voluntary nationwide recall of one lot of Systane Lubricant Eye Drops Ultra PF, 25 count (Lot 10101), due to fungal contamination. The company has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.
The product was distributed nationwide to retail and internet outlets. Consumers who have purchased the affected lot should immediately stop using the product and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
