This link enables customer service agents to view the bag’s last known location on an interactive map, expediting the recovery process.
Privacy and Security Measures

Access to shared location links is restricted to authorized airline personnel, who must authenticate through an Apple Account or partner email address. Shared location data is automatically disabled once the passenger is reunited with their luggage, and users can manually stop sharing at any time. Additionally, all links expire after seven days, ensuring that data remains secure.
