- Case #24-50: A 0.68-acre parcel on Cedar Grove Road was rezoned to allow for consolidation with an adjacent property, curing a non-conforming lot size.

The Council also approved the allocation of $33,467 for a conservation easement and deferred an HVAC renovation bid decision pending further information. The Planning and Zoning Committee provided updates on several initiatives, including minor subdivisions, non-conformity allowances, and wall sign limitations.
