The York County Library has announced a new service to meet the needs of patrons who need to send faxes. FaxScan24, a self-service kiosk, allows users to easily and securely send faxes worldwide.
The library’s FaxScan24 service offers competitive rates, charging $1.75 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page for faxes within the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. International faxes are also available at a slightly higher rate.
The FaxScan24 kiosks are user-friendly and can send up to 20 pages at a time. Users can pay for their faxes using a credit or debit card. Fax confirmations can be obtained by text, phone, or online.
The kiosks are available during regular library hours but are shut down 30 minutes before closing. For more information or assistance, library users are encouraged to call the customer service number posted on the kiosk.
With the addition of FaxScan24, the York County Library continues to adapt to the evolving needs of its patrons, providing a wide range of services to support communication and information sharing.
