- Online Registration:
- Deadline: Midnight on Sunday, May 12.
- Requirements: Online registration requires a state driver’s license or an ID issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Mail-In Registration:
- Deadline: Monday, May 13 (postmarked by this date).
- Process: Residents can register by mailing in a completed registration form.
Party Affiliation and Primary Participation:
- South Carolina voters do not register by party affiliation.
