North Carolina Community Will Require All Homes to Fly American Flag

Gastonia, NC – There’s a buzz online about a recently developed community in Gastonia, North Carolina, which is all set to welcome its first residents in early 2024.

Named 1776 Gastonia, this neighborhood consists of 43 custom-built homes, and the infrastructure is now complete. Soon, these homes will be up for sale, offering prospective buyers an opportunity to own a piece of this vibrant community.

One interesting aspect that has caught people’s attention is the requirement for each homeowner to proudly display an American flag in front of their house. This patriotic touch adds a unique and symbolic element to the neighborhood’s aesthetic. Every homeowner will be provided a free American Flag upon purchase of their home.

In addition to the development in Gastonia, NC, the developer, Great American Homes also has plans for two communities in South Carolina.  Moore, SC community will open in 2024 and Seneca, SC will open in 2025.  All will require the flying of an American Flag.
